This information can assist credit card issuers when tracking down fraudulent activity. Match the shipping and billing address. It is also possible that the billing and shipping address is different but as precaution measure, you aske the buyer to give him the same billing and shipping address
If that is not possible then you can cancel the order or ask him to give the payment in advance.
